  1. Particle Simulation. Every particle simulation in Modo requires a particle simulation item, which acts as the manager in the simulation and can control any number of associated emitters. The simulation item is also where Modo stores the cached values when the simulation is run. The cached values are then used for future playback and rendering.
  2. 'A basic particle simulator that simulates a short-range 1/r^2 repulsive force between particles in an enclosed 2D space. Uses an O(n^2) all-to-all algorithm. Supports multithreading, multiprocessing, and graphical visualization.

Texture images help to determine visual effect rendered by the particle system. The particle Color property colorizes the image before rendering. You may specify an image using an NSImage (in macOS) or UIImage (in iOS) instance, or an NSString or NSURL instance containing the path or URL to an image file. Particle Designer 2.0 is a powerful particle effects editor designed specifically for Mac OS X. Choose from a massive user submitted. Library or design your own unique effects. Limitless possibilities with multiple particle emitters, definable backgrounds, zooming & full-screen. Download this app from Microsoft Store for Windows 10, Windows 8.1. See screenshots, read the latest customer reviews, and compare ratings for Particle System.

Simulates particle movement

Particle Simulation lets you to spray particles into the 'air'. The number of simulated particles is only limited by the speed of your computer. The particles don't interact with each other, but will bounce back from the ground and accelerate depending on a gravity constant. This constant can be changed (along with a number of other parameters) in the source code or via commandline parameters.
